I work with women who are ready to move beyond guessing and start getting real answers. Many are dealing with fatigue, shifts in motivation, hormonal changes, brain fog, or a general sense that something isn’t right.

There are reasons behind these patterns. Most people just haven’t been shown where to look – or given the time to do it. That’s where I come in. I help you focus so you’re not left trying to piece it together on your own.

How we work together

Step 1: Discovery call

A 20-minute conversation to discuss what’s going on, answer questions, and see if this is a good fit and a path forward.

Step 2: Review and plan

We look at your health history, current patterns, and goals to create a starting point that reflects your situation.

Step 3: Ongoing support

We meet regularly to track progress, make adjustments, and keep you moving forward.
